Role Description The Relationship Manager (Sales – Real Estate) is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their home construction and interior design needs, and presenting suitable solutions and project offerings.



The Relationship Manager will conduct regular client meetings, manage leads from various channels, provide detailed project walkthroughs, and support customers through the decision-making and purchase process. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with design and construction teams, ensuring timely follow-ups, and meeting sales targets and performance goals. The role also requires preparing basic sales reports, tracking pipeline status, and representing Interior Company professionally during site visits and in the showroom.
