Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division with LIMRA EVENTS MEDIA SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. The candidate will support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activations, coordinating closely with internal teams and external vendors.



Daily responsibilities may include assisting with event concept development, creating basic documentation and reports, managing timelines, and supporting logistics such as venue coordination, materials, and on-ground setup. The candidate will help ensure smooth operations during live events, handle client and attendee queries professionally, and contribute to post-event feedback and improvement initiatives. The role involves working in a quick-paced environment, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting the delivery of impactful marketing and event solutions.
Qualifications
