Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Shivpuri for agents participating in a recruitment drive at LIC. Agents will identify prospective customers, explain LIC’s insurance products, and support individuals in selecting suitable policies that meet their financial protection and savings goals.



Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting client meetings, following up on leads, completing documentation, and ensuring timely policy issuance. Agents will also maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders, provide customer service support, and promote new plans as needed. The role requires working closely with local LIC offices, adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines, and meeting sales and service targets.
Qualifications
