Role Overview

Fresh Express LLC is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to build and manage relationships with strategic HORECA clients across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with key HORECA accounts including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutional customers.
- Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue and customer retention.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Fresh Express products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market trends, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of Key Account Management or B2B Sales experience.
- Prior experience in the HORECA, Food Distribution, FMCG, or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

- Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to manage large strategic accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage.
