Role Description The Caller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to share information about AMET University’s programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities. Daily activities include answering queries, explaining course details, documenting call outcomes, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and following up on leads to support admissions and enrollment targets. The role also involves coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams, scheduling appointments or campus visits, and providing courteous, clear communication that reflects the university’s values. This is a full-time, in office role based at AMET University in Chennai.
