Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate – SMB & MM to generate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with SMB clients, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in the IT solutions or technology domain, and possess a consultative approach toward solution selling.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new SMB & MM clients through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.




Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
Understand client requirements and propose IT hardware, cloud, networking, and managed support solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead generation and conversions.
Coordinate with internal technical, support, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and SMB industry requirements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
