Role Description The Food Technologist internship role is an on-site position based in Pune District. Interns will support the development, testing, and improvement of food products under the guidance of senior technologists and quality professionals. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in formulation trials, conducting sensory evaluations, performing basic laboratory analyses, and documenting test results.



The role also involves supporting quality control checks on raw materials and finished goods, helping maintain compliance with food safety standards, and participating in research and development activities. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a manufacturing and export-oriented food production setting.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Food Technology and an understanding of food processing principles.
Ability to perform Sensory Evaluation tasks, including structured product tasting and data recording.
Basic Laboratory Skills related to food analysis, sample preparation, and safe handling of materials.
Knowledge of Quality Control practices, including inspection, documentation, and adherence to food safety standards.
Interest and aptitude for Research and Development (R&D;), including experimentation and formulation improvement.
