Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts & Taxation role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of financial statements. The individual will be responsible for handling direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax compliance,



as well as timely filing of returns and coordination with tax authorities. The role also includes supporting audits, maintaining accurate documentation, managing accounts receivable and payable, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial and tax-related queries.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for reviewing financial records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate tax calculations.
Effective Communication abilities to interact with internal teams, auditors, tax consultants, and customers in a clear and professional manner.
Foundational knowledge in Finance, including accounting principles, financial reporting, and understanding of taxation laws and regulations.
Experience in Customer Service and Account Management to handle client accounts, resolve billing issues, and maintain positive relationships.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
