About the Role

As an Admissions Counsellor (Inside Sales), you’ll work with warm leads generated through our Meta advertising campaigns. Your responsibility is to connect with parents and students, understand their learning goals, explain our AI Bootcamp, address their questions, and guide them toward enrollment.

This is a consultative sales role—not cold calling. You’ll speak with people who have already shown interest in Skillyug’s programs and help them make an informed decision.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to build trust, maintain strong follow-ups, and consistently convert qualified leads into enrolled students.

Responsibilities





* Contact warm leads generated through Meta Ads.
* Counsel parents and students about Skillyug’s AI Bootcamp.
* Understand each learner’s goals and recommend the right program.
* Explain course curriculum, pricing, schedules, and learning outcomes.
* Handle objections and answer admission-related queries professionally.
* Follow up consistently with interested prospects until closure.
* Convert qualified leads into enrolled students.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments using CRM tools.
* Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.
