We are looking for entrepreneurial City Heads to take complete ownership of building Zookout in their city.

The Role
Own the complete city growth journey:
Merchant Acquisition → Partnerships → Sales → Customer Growth → Revenue
Your mission: Build the merchant ecosystem, create demand, drive voucher sales and scale city revenue.

First 90 Days
BUILD: Acquire high-potential merchants,



create the pipeline and establish local partnerships.
ACTIVATE: Launch offers, generate sales and build customer acquisition channels through corporates, communities, influencers and local partnerships.
SCALE: Scale winning merchants/offers, increase revenue, strengthen partnerships and build a predictable city growth engine.

Compensation
First 3 Months – Performance Partnership
25% Revenue sharing on applicable sales/revenue generated by your city.
Subject to applicable Zookout commercial and settlement terms.
After 3 Months: Successful City Heads transition to Fixed Pay + Performance Incentives, based on demonstrated results.

Sales and city revenue
Corporate, community, influencer and distribution partnerships
Local marketing and customer acquisition
