Dash Glasses is an AI smart-glasses brand based in Jaipur. We sell across our own website, Amazon, and retail, and we have 1,000+ customers across India.

We are hiring 2 people to own our daily operations and customer conversations end to end. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role.

What you'll own:
• Process daily orders on Shiprocket and Amazon — dispatch, tracking, returns and NDR follow-up
• Call customers to confirm COD orders, collect prescription lens details, and close lens sales (₹1,000-3,000 per sale, with a bonus to you on every close)
• Handle WhatsApp queries, reply to ad comments, and onboard happy customers into our referral community

You're a fit if:




• You're a natural talker - comfortable making 20-30 calls a day in Hindi & English without reading off a script
• Experience on Shiprocket or a similar courier/seller panel is a plus, not mandatory. We'll train you
• You can run your day independently without being asked twice

Details:
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience, plus incentive per lens sale
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week
Office: Golden Leaf, Tonk Road, near Gandhi Nagar Railway Station, Jaipur
Joining: immediate preferred
