LightYears Health is on a mission to redefine how India ages, not with fear, but with science. We make clinically validated nutrition products for people who refuse to slow down: the 55-year-old who still lifts, the woman navigating menopause on her own terms, the 70-year-old who outruns her grandchildren.
We're not a supplement company. We're a preventive health company, building evidence-backed wellness products across arthritis, pain management, and hormonal health. And we're just getting started.
Our R&D; team includes PhDs from IIT Delhi and Jamia Hamdard University. Incubated at MIT Sloan. Grounded in science, built on trust, powered by hustle. 15 months in market. 10x sales growth in the last 6 months. Now we're building the team for the next leap.

The role.
Almost everything that puts LightYears in front of a recent audience does it through someone else's voice: a creator making a reel, an affiliate recommending us to their following, a physiotherapist telling a patient what to take. You will own all of those relationships. The role will include:
