Position Summary:
We seek a skilled developer to create, maintain, and support custom automated reports and analytics to drive strategic decision-making in our Marketing and Sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, scripting languages, and database management, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support custom automated reports and analytics for management using Perl/Python and Oracle SQL.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable data pipelines for marketing and sales data.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their data and reporting needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Optimize existing reports and processes for better performance and accuracy.
- Assist in the implementation and management of marketing technology tools.
- Contribute to other technical projects within the Marketing and Sales Department as needed.

Requirements and Skills:




- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience producing automated and scheduled reports and analytics using technical tools.
- Proficiency in Perl and/or Python programming languages.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle databases.
- Understanding of Linux/UNIX environments, shell scripts and command-line operations.
- Experience with web analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics, is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS (S3, Athena) and Google BigQuery is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid communication skills to effectively present data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
