Role Description The Corporate Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving corporate partnerships and revenue growth across Spectacom’s events and wellness solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and prospecting corporate clients, pitching integrated wellness and event solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.



The role involves preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, CSR, and leadership teams. The Corporate Sales Specialist will collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to tailor offerings, track sales performance, and ensure excellent client experience and repeat business. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends and corporate wellness needs to refine sales strategies and expand market reach.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Management skills, with experience handling institutional or enterprise accounts.
Candidates should possess Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.
