Role Description The Manufacturing Process Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai. The individual in this role will design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency,



quality, and safety in production environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating existing workflows, identifying process bottlenecks, implementing engineering solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and quality assurance. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, monitoring key performance indicators, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will contribute to training production staff on recent processes and technologies and support problem-solving on the shop floor.
