Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Jakarta. We are looking for a technically strong and sales-driven Solution Sales professional to grow PT EMI's business in Indonesia.




The role involves identifying industrial opportunities, understanding customer applications, developing the right technical solution, and converting opportunities into profitable business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business for EOT cranes and engineered material handling solutions.
Identify opportunities through market mapping, customer visits, industrial projects, networking, and proactive prospecting.
Understand customer material flow, lifting requirements, production processes, operating conditions, safety needs, and future expansion plans.
Conduct technical discussions with plant, engineering, maintenance, project, procurement, and management teams.
Translate customer requirements into appropriate crane and material handling solutions in coordination with engineering teams.
Drive the complete sales cycle - prospecting, qualification, site visit, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and order closure.
