About Kapsy
Kapsy is building the operating system for the world's coaches and experts. Every great coach — a Kathak dancer, a Carnatic vocalist, a chess master, a yoga teacher — hits the same ceiling: 1:1 teaching caps out at a few dozen students. Kapsy breaks that ceiling with the Weekly Learning Loop: daily practice content, structured courses, AI-powered practice feedback, and live workshops that let a single coach teach thousands of students a year without diluting the craft.
We're a small, quick-moving team in Bengaluru, founded by engineers with deep AI infrastructure backgrounds. Our anchor coaches already teach 1,200+ students a year on Kapsy — and we're just getting started.

About the role
You'll be the growth engine behind our elite coaches — world-class artists, musicians, and teachers whose craft deserves a world-class audience. You'll own their social presence end to end: shaping their content strategy, running their content calendars, and turning their teaching into reels, posts, and campaigns that convert followers into students.

What you'll do




Own the social media strategy and content calendar for a portfolio of elite coaches across Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp
Work directly with coaches to plan, script, and schedule content — hooks, reels, carousels, newsletters — that reflects their authentic voice and craft
Manage shoot calendars, batch content production days, and publishing schedules so every coach ships consistently
Run comment-to-DM automation and engagement loops that turn viewers into leads
Track what works: analyze reach, engagement, and conversion per coach and double down on winning formats
Collaborate with our in-house editors, animators, and designers to keep production quality high
Build repeatable playbooks so each new coach launches faster than the last
