Job Description :
Lead Salesforce development and implementation projects from design to deployment.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura Components.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Drive solution architecture, code reviews, and best practices across projects.
Implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
Manage deployment activities using DevOps and CI/CD tools.
Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with business users, architects, project managers, and QA teams.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
