About The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in paid media who can contribute to the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of digital campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the performance marketing, creative, and account teams to build campaigns that combine data, creativity, and business objectives to deliver measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Plan, set up, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, placements, and optimisation.
Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and within timelines.
Monitor campaigns regularly and take corrective action when required.

Performance Analysis

Analyse campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall ROI.
Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.




Identify performance gaps and proactively suggest optimisation strategies.

Optimisation & Testing

Continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, and campaign structures.
Experiment with different targeting and bidding strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROAS.

Research & Strategy

Conduct audience, competitor, keyword, and market research.
Support the development of paid media strategies based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing practices.
Bring current ideas and opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Reporting & Insights

Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
Analyse campaign data and communicate key takeaways clearly.
