About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who doesn't just consume content, but thinks about why it works.
You'll work on real brands, real campaigns and real marketing problems. From finding creators and spotting trends to developing content ideas and helping execute campaigns, you'll be involved in the work from idea to execution.
What You'll Do
Research and identify relevant influencers and creators for our clients
Develop ideas for Reels, social posts, campaigns and creative concepts
Assist with social media and influencer campaign execution
Stay on top of trends, formats and conversations across social platforms
Help with content research, planning and ideation
Work across different projects and figure out how to turn ideas into something real
Communicate with creators and handle follow-ups when required

You should:
Think differently and question the obvious
Have strong creative instincts and ideas
Know how to communicate clearly
Be comfortable with English and Hindi
Be willing to execute, not just brainstorm
Be curious and willing to figure things out
Have basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms
Understand what makes people stop scrolling
Your degree doesn't impress us as much as your work does.
