About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Biz2 X’s growth within the Digital Lending Operations space. In this role,



you will drive early-stage sales activities by identifying and researching prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for our sales team to engage with Banks, NBFCs, NBFIs, and other Financial Institutions.
You will work closely with the Sales and GTM teams to support market intelligence, build targeted outreach strategies, and help establish Biz2 X as a preferred digital lending platform partner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Conduct primary and secondary research to identify prospective clients across the BFSI sector.
Build and maintain a robust database of potential accounts and key decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach (email, Linked In, calls, events, etc.).
Drive top-of-the-funnel activities to ensure consistent lead flow into the sales pipeline.
