Position: Telugu Calling Agent / Telecaller

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telugu-speaking Calling Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Communicate with customers fluently and professionally in Telugu.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns politely.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.




Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversions.
Provide regular updates to the Team Leader/Manager.
Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
Fluent Telugu speaking skills are mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling ability.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Ability to handle rejection and customer objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, or calling software is an advantage.
Candidates with telesales or lead-generation experience will be preferred.
