Key Responsibilities

Manage daily fuel sales operations and ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet
Supervise and train outlet staff including pump attendants and cashiers
Monitor stock levels, fuel dispensing accuracy and reconcile daily sales figures
Coordinate with IOCL depot for timely fuel supply, pricing updates and compliance requirements
Ensure adherence to safety norms, statutory licenses and quality control standards
Handle customer queries and complaints to maintain high service standards at the outlet
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
Implement upselling strategies for lubricants and other allied products at the outlet

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
5 to 8 years of experience in petrol pump operations, fuel retail or similar retail outlet management




Strong understanding of fuel retail operations, stock reconciliation and compliance
Proven team management and customer service skills
Positive communication and coordination skills to liaise with IOCL officials
Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
