Role Description The Social Media Strategist will manage and grow 4mation Skins’ presence across key social media platforms, aligning content and campaigns with the brand’s skincare and science-driven values. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves planning and executing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement and community interactions, and optimizing posts for reach and performance. The role includes analyzing metrics,



preparing performance reports, and adjusting tactics to improve brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement.
