Role Description The Reservation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Daman, responsible for overseeing all reservation activities and ensuring a smooth booking experience for guests and clients.



Day-to-day tasks include managing room and event bookings, updating reservation systems, coordinating with the front office and sales teams, and optimizing occupancy and revenue. The role involves handling inquiries through phone, email, and online channels, confirming and modifying reservations, and maintaining accurate records. The Reservation Manager will monitor booking trends, prepare regular reports, support rate and inventory management, and help implement reservation policies and procedures. This position also requires resolving guest issues related to bookings and consistently upholding service standards.
Qualifications
Solid reservation and hospitality operations skills, including experience with booking systems, room inventory management, and coordination with front office or events teams.
