About the Role
MFA Technologies LLP is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience to build, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend development, have strong programming fundamentals, and be able to independently understand requirements, develop features, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready code.
We are looking for someone with good logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership of development tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
Build and maintain backend services, business logic, and REST APIs.
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for application development.




Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Debug and troubleshoot application, performance, and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow established development and coding standards.
Write appropriate unit/integration tests and ensure quality before releases.
Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD development workflows.
Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, QA, and other developers to deliver features end to end.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Understand technical requirements and contribute to application architecture and design discussions.
Take ownership of assigned modules/features from development through deployment and support.
Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
