Role Description The Tutoring Specialist (AI Trainer) will work remotely, supporting the training and evaluation of AI models by creating, reviewing, and improving educational and instructional content. In this role, you will design tutoring-style prompts, explanations, and step-by-step solutions to help AI systems respond more accurately to learner questions. You will assess AI-generated answers for clarity, correctness, and alignment with guidelines,



providing detailed feedback and corrections. Day-to-day tasks include researching subject matter, writing and editing high-quality instructional materials, labeling and categorizing data, and following structured workflows and quality standards. This is a remote role with consistent project-based work requiring strong attention to detail, reliable communication, and comfort with digital tools and collaborative platforms.
Qualifications
Strong instructional and tutoring skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, break down problems step by step, and adapt explanations for different levels of learners.
Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a focus on clear, concise, and grammatically correct educational content and feedback.
