Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Indeed and other job portals.

- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial calls.

- Handle sourcing for IT & Non-IT positions.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.

- Update candidate details and recruitment status in the ATS.

- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring teams to close positions.

- Maintain daily sourcing and submission targets.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Staffing.

- Freshers with strong communication and interest in recruitment can apply.

- Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.

- Basic understanding of job portals and Boolean search is preferred.

- Candidates who can work from office at Uppal, Hyderabad only.
