About the Role:
This is a dynamic role for motivated individuals where you will be driving growth and helping us scale our user base in Pune through strategic remote outreach, while stepping out to act as the on-ground face of the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily cold calling and remote outreach to identify, engage, and onboard transport owners and service partners onto the WHEELBOARD platform.
• Manage and track leads efficiently using CRM software to maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations (both online and in-person) to showcase platform features to new users effectively.
• Step out for on-ground field sales on specific days to close high-potential partners and build local trust.
• Execute user surveys to gather valuable feedback that will help shape our business strategy.

What We’re Looking For




• Must be based in Pune with the readiness to travel locally for occasional on-ground field visits.
• Individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, CRM management, and startup operations.
• Exceptional communication and persuasive skills for effective remote calling.
