About the Role
XCT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team, drive end-to-end project delivery, and maintain strong technical and execution standards across projects.
This role requires a strong balance of people leadership, technical guidance, project management, and delivery ownership. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading engineers while also working closely with Product, Business, and Leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered with quality and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team while building a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Own end-to-end software delivery across planning, development, testing, releases, deployment, and production support.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.




Work closely with Product and Business teams to maintain a clear, prioritized, and delivery-ready backlog.
Track sprint progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, resource requirements, and project deliverables.
Proactively identify and resolve technical and delivery blockers.
Provide regular project and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring clear visibility on progress, risks, and timelines.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and participate in architecture, system design, and key technical decisions.
Drive engineering best practices across code quality, testing, security, performance, documentation, and CI/CD.
Ensure development processes and coding standards are consistently followed across the team.
Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, mentoring, and career development of engineers.
