Role Description The Studio Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area, responsible for supporting daily operations within the studio and learning environment. This role includes managing studio schedules, coordinating classes and events, and serving as a primary point of contact for learners, visitors, and partners. The Studio Coordinator will handle front-desk responsibilities, respond to inquiries, oversee studio bookings,



and ensure that spaces are prepared for workshops and sessions. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining records, supporting sales and marketing initiatives for programs and events, and collaborating with the creative and teaching teams to deliver a smooth studio experience. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear documentation, and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with learners, faculty, partners, and vendors.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming, responsive, and solution-oriented experience at the studio.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support enrollment, promote studio programs, and assist with outreach campaigns.
Candidates with exposure to Music or creative arts will be well-suited to engage with multidisciplinary learning
