Role Description This is a full time Licensed LIFE Insurance Agent role based in Patna with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Licensed LIFE Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients,



conduct needs-based financial assessments, and recommend suitable life insurance products such as term, savings, child education, and retirement plans. The role involves explaining policy features, benefits, and terms clearly, assisting customers with application forms, documentation, and underwriting requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, maintaining relationships with existing policyholders, and providing ongoing service for renewals, claims support, and policy changes. The agent will collaborate with internal teams, participate in training and product updates, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
