Role Summary
We are looking for a Junior Engineer – IT Security & Infrastructure to support IT infrastructure, security services, and technical pre-sales activities for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates with an IT background who are curious about cybersecurity and networking, comfortable learning new technologies, and able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Support
Assist in the remote configuration and deployment of servers, storage, switches, and firewalls.
Provide technical support for client environments through ticketing systems, email, and remote access tools.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting procedures.
Resolve support tickets based on priority and SLA.
2. IT Security Services
Learn and support the cybersecurity solutions partnered by RAIDEFEND Technologies.
Assist in solution implementation and post-deployment technical support.
Prepare client-facing documents such as solution design documents, implementation checklists, and security reports.
3. Technical Pre-Sales & Solutioning
Conduct product demonstrations for cybersecurity and IT solutions.
Set up and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) for prospective customers.
