Paperplanes is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join Zeroshot.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of influencer campaigns at Zeroshot. The ideal candidate will coordinate with influencers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, timely deliverables, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage influencer campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact between influencers, clients, and internal teams.
Follow up on content submissions, approvals, and campaign milestones.
Coordinate influencer payments and maintain accurate payment records.
Maintain campaign trackers, databases, and operational documentation.
Assist in onboarding new influencers and maintaining long-term creator relationships.
Address day-to-day operational queries and resolve coordination issues.




Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently while meeting client expectations.
Perform other operational and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Operations, Client Coordination, Influencer Marketing, Account Management, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing is an added advantage.
