Role Description The Quality Inspector role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamnagar. The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished fasteners to ensure they meet established specifications and standards. Core tasks include conducting visual and dimensional inspections, using measurement tools and gauges, documenting inspection results,



and reporting nonconformities for corrective action. The role involves collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues, supporting root cause analysis, and helping to implement preventive measures. The Quality Inspector also assists in maintaining quality records, following safety and compliance procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Quality Control and Inspection, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices, including documentation, process compliance, and continuous improvement methods.
Analytical skills to identify defects, assess trends in quality data, and support problem solving and root cause analysis.
Experience using measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and following standardized
