Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a 2D Animator and Motion Graphics professional based in Ranchi. The role involves designing and animating 2D characters, objects, and environments for educational videos, digital lessons, and interactive content. The animator will create motion graphics, explainer videos,



and visual assets that simplify complex STEM and AI concepts for students and educators. Day-to-day responsibilities include storyboarding, collaborating with instructional designers and subject experts, refining visual styles to match the brand, and preparing assets for various digital platforms. The role also includes reviewing feedback, optimizing animations for clarity and engagement, and maintaining organized project files and timelines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in 2D animation and motion graphics using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software).
Ability to develop storyboards, visual concepts, and character designs suited for educational content and diverse learner audiences.
Experience creating explainer videos, title sequences, transitions, and visual effects optimized for digital and e-learning platforms.
