Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying potential customers, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. The specialist will present product solutions, conduct demos where needed,



and follow up with prospects to close business opportunities. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and offerings, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries. The role also involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and drive revenue.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build relationships, resolve issues, and enhance client retention.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Candidates should ideally have experience using CRM or sales management
