KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute social media strategies for inhouse brands.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Ideate and create engaging Reels, Stories, carousels, posts, UGC and campaign content.
Stay updated with social media trends, sounds, formats, memes, creators, and fashion culture.
Build a distinct voice and visual identity for each brand.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, influencers, and UGC creators.
Manage influencer collaborations and creator campaigns.
Write creative briefs,



captions, hooks, and CTAs.
Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.
Track reach, views, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
Manage community engagement through comments, DMs, mentions, and UGC.
Support product launches, campaigns, shoots, and brand activations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
0-1 years of experience in social media, preferably fashion, D2C, lifestyle, or beauty.
Strong understanding of Instagram and current internet culture.
Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
Strong visual sense and understanding of fashion aesthetics.
Valuable copywriting skills.
Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant brand content.
Comfortable managing multiple brands with different identities.
Highly organized, proactive, and hands-on.
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar tools is a plus.
