Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Laneway. The Human Resources Intern will support HR operations by assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.



The role includes helping with onboarding activities, updating HR documents and policies, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also assist in managing HR databases, tracking employee information, and preparing basic HR reports. Collaboration with team members across consulting, technology, and media functions will be part of the daily work to ensure consistent HR support for the organization.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices that a candidate should possess.
Understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management to support daily HR operations.
Basic familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits that a candidate should possess to assist in documentation and communication.
Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
