About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-centric and relationship-driven Virtual Ring Expert to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai.
This is not a traditional transactional sales role.
As a Virtual Ring Expert, you’ll guide customers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives - understanding their requirements, educating them on their options, and helping them confidently create their perfect ring.
You’ll work with domestic and NRI customers through video consultations, phone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.

What You'll Do
? Conduct personalised consultations and understand customer preferences, budgets and timelines
? Guide customers through diamonds, certifications, metals, designs, finishes and personalisation options
? Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through genuine engagement and thoughtful follow-ups
✨ Deliver a premium buying experience built around trust, transparency, and personalised advice




? Own the sales journey and work towards.
? Coordinate with design, production, fulfilment, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from consultation to delivery

Role Details
? Andheri, Mumbai | Work from Office
? 11 AM – 9 PM
? 5 Days a Week | Tuesday & Wednesday off
? Luxury Jewellery | Domestic & NRI Clients
