Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, offering a salary range of 35k–40k and above, plus incentives. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, and presenting suitable products and services across the company’s business segments. The Inside Sales Executive is expected to perform lead generation activities, qualify prospects, and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools. Day-to-day tasks include following up with potential and existing customers, providing accurate information, preparing basic quotations, and coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth order processing. The role also includes meeting individual and team sales targets, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

including identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and maintaining an organized pipeline.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, to clearly explain products and services and build rapport with customers.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and support a positive customer experience.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in travel, hospitality, or consumer products, is beneficial.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, email) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
