Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Sales Consultant role based in New Delhi. The Travel Sales Consultant will advise clients on domestic and international travel options, including flights, hotels, packages, and transportation. Responsibilities include preparing customized itineraries, managing bookings and reservations, handling changes or cancellations, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves promoting travel products and services, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other vendors.



The consultant will also respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, and provide proactive support before, during, and after travel.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and customer-focused travel advisory.

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management and organizing end-to-end Travel Arrangements.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and a client-centric approach.

• Candidates should possess practical experience in handling Reservations and booking systems.

• Relevant skills such as sales aptitude, negotiation, and relationship management are beneficial.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are preferred.

• Prior experience in travel agencies or tourism, and familiarity with GDS or travel booking tools, is an advantage.
