We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Content Creator who can combine strong design fundamentals with content creation, video, motion, and emerging AI tools.

This role is for someone who doesn't just wait for a brief. We want a designer who brings ideas to the table, takes initiative, collaborates well, and is constantly looking for better ways to create.

## What You'll Work On

- Design high-quality visual content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, marketing materials, and print.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and other digital content.

Turn ideas, briefs, and concepts into clear and engaging visual communication.

Contribute creative concepts and ideas for campaigns, social content, brand communication, and marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other team members from concept to final execution.

Maintain consistency across the company's visual identity while finding ways to evolve and improve it.

Use AI-powered creative tools for ideation, image and video generation, experimentation, and more efficient creative workflows.

Stay curious about new design trends, content formats, AI tools, and creative technologies.

## What We're Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a closely related creative role.

- Must be based in Kochi,



Kerala, or able to transition to working full-time from our Kochi office.
- Strong skills in *Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of **Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video and motion tools*.
- A strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI image and video generation and AI-assisted creative workflows.

A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual thinking, not just software skills.

Someone who is proactive and comfortable taking ownership instead of waiting for step-by-step direction.

- A genuine team player who communicates clearly, collaborates well, and is open to feedback.

Positive time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Most importantly, a willingness to learn, adapt, experiment, and grow as both the role and company evolve.
