Role Description The Customer Success Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position focuses on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with Chambray & Co.’s products and services, and acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and support. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues,



managing order-related communications, and gathering feedback to improve the overall customer experience. The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and design to address customer needs, track service metrics, and identify opportunities to enhance retention and loyalty. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, preparing simple reports, and contributing ideas to refine processes that align with the brand’s sustainable and community-focused values.

Qualifications

Experience in fashion, retail, or sustainability-focused brands is a must.
Robust customer-focused capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
Ability to foster Customer Satisfaction through empathetic interaction and solution-oriented follow-up.
Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
