Position: Supervisor / Junior Engineer – Melting

Vacancy: 01 Position

Qualification: DME / B.E. / Other relevant Graduation

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in an Iron Casting Foundry

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and monitor melting operations in the foundry.
- Operate and supervise induction furnace activities.
- Monitor metal temperature, chemical composition and material charging.
- Ensure the required grade and quality of molten metal.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production teams for heat approval and pouring.
- Supervise melting shop operators and ensure protected working practices.
- Maintain heat-wise production and melting records.
- Identify and resolve melting-related process issues.
- Ensure proper furnace maintenance, housekeeping and safety standards.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in iron casting / foundry melting operations Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
