Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Engineer – IT Security & Infrastructure to support IT infrastructure, security services, and technical pre-sales activities for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates with an IT background who are curious about cybersecurity and networking, comfortable learning current technologies, and able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Support

- Assist in the remote configuration and deployment of servers, storage, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support for client environments through ticketing systems, email, and remote access tools.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Resolve support tickets based on priority and SLA.

2. IT Security Services

- Learn and support the cybersecurity solutions partnered by RAIDEFEND Technologies.
- Assist in solution implementation and post-deployment technical support.
- Prepare client-facing documents such as solution design documents, implementation checklists, and security reports.

3. Technical Pre-Sales & Solutioning

- Conduct product demonstrations for cybersecurity and IT solutions.
- Set up and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) for prospective customers.




- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to prepare technical proposals, BOMs, and solution diagrams.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and build demo environments.
- Stay updated on partner technologies and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

4. Web Development & AI Tools

- Develop web pages and landing pages.
- Apply SEO best practices while creating or reviewing web content.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Codex, Kimi, Lovable, and similar platforms to accelerate development and automate tasks.

Required Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking, firewalls, operating systems, virtualization, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Experience in developing web pages using AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, or Codex.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Certifications

- CCNA, CCNP, eJPT, MCSE, CompTIA Security+, CEH, Microsoft Fundamentals, or AWS Fundamentals.
- Exposure to ITSM or ticketing systems is an added advantage.

Education

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech (CS/IT), or any related IT discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Hands-on exposure to networking, cybersecurity tools, or AI-assisted development tools will be an added advantage.
