Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Design Engineer (Civil) to join our Bhubaneswar office. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience in civil engineering design and drafting, with the ability to support project planning, prepare engineering drawings, coordinate with senior engineers, and ensure timely project delivery.





Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in structural and civil design calculations under senior engineers' guidance.
- Develop layouts, plans, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Support DPR preparation, BOQs, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with survey, design, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Maintain project records and technical documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and internal technical discussions whenever required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in civil design or consultancy.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with STAAD.Pro, Revit, Civil 3D, or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
