Role Description The Junior Consultant role at PInterview is a full-time remote position focused on supporting users in their interview preparation journey. In this role, the Junior Consultant will conduct online consultation sessions, help clients identify strengths and areas for improvement, and provide structured feedback and guidance on interview techniques.
The Junior
Consultant will collaborate with senior consultants and industry experts to refine consulting approaches, contribute to learning materials, and assist in designing practice frameworks for various interview types. Daily tasks include communicating with clients via online platforms, documenting session outcomes,
preparing reports and recommendations, and ensuring a high-quality, consistent user experience across all engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and interact effectively in virtual settings.
- Analytical and organizational abilities, including experience in documenting sessions, preparing reports, and managing multiple client engagements.
- Basic understanding of interview processes for academic admissions, campus placements, and professional roles, with interest in HR, technical, or coding interviews.
- Proficiency with online communication tools, video conferencing platforms, and collaborative software used in remote consulting environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related disciplines) or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated interest in career coaching, talent development, or consulting, with a commitment to supporting diverse learners and job seekers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving processes and user needs.
- Prior experience in mentoring, counseling, recruitment, or interview preparation support is beneficial but not mandatory.
