Junior Associate – Import, Export & Sourcing Operations The Role
We need a hands-on associate to manage sourcing, procurement, and supply chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Vendors: Find and vet suppliers (primarily India/China), negotiate rates, and oversee quality control for custom orders.
Logistics: Prepare import/export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, and track shipments.
Operations: Maintain accurate order management sheets, update SOPs, and handle basic CRM data entry.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or import/export.
Solid knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and international trade principles.
Highly proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.
