Your Contribution
- Search for competitive and reliable Indirect Suppliers for plants
- Sending RFQ and Follow up for quotes.
- Create Supplier Decision Sheet and POs for selected Vendors.
- Conduct Spend Analysis.
- Permanently monitor their performance, to be able to keep a very reliable service and performance from these vendors.
- Bring Savings to MAHLE by choosing and selecting those competitive suppliers and guarantee their permanent commitment to meet MAHLE's Standards.
- Generate Monthly MIS and KPI tracker.
- Ensure master data accuracy.
- Timely delivery of tasks per set guidelines
- Ensure transparency on costs and negotiations
- Daily timesheet recording
- NPM/CAPEX Process Adherence
- Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain.
Your Experience And Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Metallurgy etc.)
- 4-6 Yrs onwards
Location-Chennai
Minimum Requirements
- Strong Analytical skills. Knowledge on MS Office (excel and PowerPoint).
- Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal English
- Excellent communication skills as well as ability to convince others.
- Self -motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
- Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Maintain 5S of own area
- Participate in team and department meetings
